Reservation Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply and are incorporated into contracts between The Boulevard Hotel and its guests for reservations and the use of accommodation and ancillary services.

We/Us means The Boulevard Hotel

You/Your means all guests using hotel accommodation and its ancillary services

Guest(s) means the person with whom The Boulevard has contracted and the other persons who are permitted to use the accommodation and ancillary services with him/her.

Park Tickets Offer 

Receive a complimentary Pleasure Beach Resort ticket per person when you stay selected Thursday, Friday or Sunday nights*

Simply book online at www.boulevardhotel.co.uk for a Thursday, Friday or Sunday night (or stay that includes one of these nights) and add the Pleasure Beach Resort Tickets option during the online booking and these will be available to collect from the hotel reception on the day of your visit! 

Stays on a Thursday night will receive complimentary ticket for use on the Thursday or Friday, stays on a Friday night will receive complimentary ticket for the Friday only and stays on a Sunday night will receive complimentary tickets for use on the Sunday or Monday.

Guests are advised to check opening times as the park is closed on selected Mondays during the low season period (March and April, and September to November.)

Tickets are non-transferable and have no monetary value if not used. Valid for new reservations only, excludes negotiated/event rates and corporate rates.

Free ticket allocation is subject to availability – a limited number of tickets are available for each date.

This offer may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the hotel.

Save up to 50% on park tickets for use on Saturday’s in November 2025 when you stay Friday night (or your stay includes Friday night).

June 2025 Promotion

1. To receive the offer guests must book the package by selecting this at the time of reservation, dinner must be charged to guest room account to receive credit (valid for Beachside Restaurant Dinner only, excludes beverage and all other meals).
2. £25.00 credit applies per room per night.
3. Red wine in room on arrival may not be consumed in the Beachside Restaurant or Bar area.
4. A valid credit / debit card must be presented at check in to open a room account and you will be required to charge Beachside Restaurant Dinner to your room for the redemption.  Unused credit will not be refunded and has no cash value.
5. Valid selected dates in June 2025, all dates are strictly subject to availability with a limited number of rooms allocated to the promotion. A minimum of two night stay applies.
6. Discount applied from full price best available bed & breakfast rate at time of reservation and is up to a maximum of 15% (variable).
7. Discounted rates are shown when booking.
8. Free cancellation until 15:00 the previous day to the arrival date, amendment/cancellation after this time will incur first night room rate penalty.
9. Not valid with any other offer, promotion or discount code. Promotion is subject to change or termination at any time, without notice.
10. Valid for new reservations only.

Reservations Terms & Conditions

At check in we will verify your stay, rates quoted are based on arrival date and length of stay. If you choose to depart early the price is subject to change

We reserve the right to cancel/modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or resulted
from a mistake or error.

Amendment / cancellation – please refer to specific policies of the rate/s chosen which are indicated online during the booking process and included on your confirmation.  Online bookings require to be amended/cancelled online only – this will provide an email confirmation as proof of amendment/cancellation

Payment – payment is due on arrival unless an advance purchase rate is reserved, no pre-payments may be made within 3 days of arrival. Boulevard Hotel operates cashless throughout the hotel, most major credit/debit cards are accepted at reception and in the Bar & Restaurant.

A credit/debit card is required to be presented on arrival, Boulevard Hotel will place a mandatory hold on the credit/debit card – the hold amount is £100.00 per room per stay (cash deposits and contactless payments are
not accepted).  This hold is separate from, and in addition to, your billable charges – upon exceeding the £100.00 Boulevard Hotel will authorise additional funds to cover billable charges.  Boulevard Hotel will typically release the hold after check out once final payment has been received.   Depending on your financial institution (card issuer),
funds may take up to 14 days or longer to be back in your account.  Boulevard Hotel is not responsible or liable for the loss of use of these funds or any overdraft charges.

Rates – rates displayed are subject to availability and current at the time of reservation, rates are dependent on occupancy and therefore only valid for the occupancy entered & shown in confirmation. Advance purchase require full non-refundable and non-transferable payment, we advise insurance at your discretion, these rates may be reserved a minimum of 3 days in advance of arrival date, subject to availability.  When booking advance purchase/prepay rates by telephone or through a third party the card used for payment of the reservation/s must be presented on arrival for
additional verification and card security, failure to present the card may result in accommodation being refused or the requirement of a refundable deposit at the hotel’s discretion.

Non Arrival – In the event of a non-arrival the first night’s room rate will be chargeable to the card provided to guarantee, in the event of non-arrival on advance purchase the full charge will be forfeited.
Rooms are held for 1 night, failure to arrive on the specified date will forfeit any subsequent night/s

Facilities – All facilities including parking are subject to availability, cannot be prior reserved or guaranteed

Family rooms – these accommodate two adults and two children, by prior arrangement a further infant may be accommodated when sleeping in a cot. Family rooms are recommended for children up to sixteen years of age or under 6ft in height – please note that the children’s bunk beds in family rooms have a sleeping space of approximately 6ft. The maximum number of adults in any room is strictly two.

E-scooters/e-bikes & mobility scooters – For safety reasons e-scooters/e-bikes and mobility scooters are not permitted in the hotel building.

Balmain Toiletries – Luxury Balmain toiletries are provided for use in each
guestroom during your stay.   Should you choose to take those provided in your room, a charge of £15.00 per bottle will be added to your account accordingly.

Bar/ Ocean Club – In the interest of all our customers, we welcome only those guests aged eleven and above in our Beachside Bar after 8pm.   Children younger than eleven are welcome to dine after 8pm only when accompanied by an adult and dining in our Beachside Restaurant.  Ocean Club is available to those 18 years +.

Parking – A reservation at the Hotel does not entitle guaranteed parking, parking cannot be reserved and is subject to availability. Parking is at own risk and the Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claim to vehicles or item/s left in vehicles. We do have limited car parking onsite along with an additional overspill car park where required,
parking cannot be reserved.  Car parking is chargeable at a discounted rate of £15.00 per vehicle per night (12 midday – 12 midday) when booking your stay direct with the hotel (higher charge of £25.00 is applicable when booking through a third party). Parking is at your own risk and the Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claim to vehicles or items left in vehicles. Any vehicle entering onto our land shall only park in a designated parking bay, and between the marked lines of the bay, and pay the applicable parking charge, failure to park in a designated parking bay, and between the marked lines of the bay, and/or failure to pay the parking charge shall be liable to pay a charge of £500.00 and the vehicle may be clamped and/or removed from site.  

EV charging – EV charging points are available in the hotel’s secure residential car parking for hotel residents only. Charging points are strictly for the purpose of charging and not for use as a car parking space. Charging points are subject to availability and charged at £15.00 for five hours (charging times apply between 7am and 10pm) in addition to the nightly car parking charge.   Exceeding five hours charging time, an additional £15 charge will be applied to your room account. Hotel residents requiring use of the EV charging points must provide contact details and their
vehicle key to Reception to be kept securely. 

Requests – We make every effort to accommodate requests however on occasion it may not be possible to do so. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for accommodating requests and regret we cannot accept conditional reservation (a booking specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a request)

Check In/Check Out – Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure, check in times cannot be guaranteed. A luggage room is available – items are left at own risk and the Hotel accepts no responsibility for items left. 

Guest Conduct – All Guests who stay at Boulevard Hotel are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests please be aware that Boulevard Hotel is a family
oriented hotel. If in the opinion of the Hotel Management your behavior is causing or is likely to cause distress, anger or annoyance to yourself or other guests or damage to property we reserve the right to terminate your hotel accommodation at any time. In the event of such termination the hotel’s liability to such persons will discontinue and such persons will be required to leave the hotel immediately and we shall have no further obligations to such
persons.  A minimum of one guest aged 18 or over is required in all rooms.

Please note that Boulevard Hotel does not accommodate any single sex groups/parties of more than three rooms and the hotel reserves the right to refuse check in or ask for a refundable deposit at the hotel’s discretion

The possession and/or use of (i) drugs (excluding alcohol and cigarettes) which have not been prescribed by a registered medical practitioner or are available as over the counter medicines (ie pharmaceutical drugs) is not permitted within the Hotel and if such are found by us then they will be confiscated and a report made to the Police and in such circumstances we reserve the right to terminate your hotel accommodation at any time. In the event of such termination then our liability to you and guests will discontinue, and such persons will be required to leave the hotel immediately and we shall have no further obligations to such persons, including a refund of any payments made. We shall be entitled to impose a minimum charge of £300 to cover administration and cleaning costs and this charge shall be taken from your credit/debit card.

Smoking – all bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are designated non-smoking; there is a smoking  area available – a minimum £300.00 cleaning charge is applicable for smoking, vaping and/or the use of
e-cigarettes in guestrooms and anywhere on the hotel premises.

Suites – Coastal Junior Suites, Park View Suites and Coastal Suites are designated adults only and accommodate guests 18 years +. No guests under the age of 18 years may be accommodated in these Suites.

Lost Property – Any left items at the hotel will be kept for 1 month only.  Please call the hotel to confirm if your item/s have been found, if we do have the item you are required to make your own arrangements
for postage. We suggest using a courier service such as Evri (https://www.evri.com/). The Hotel will parcel up your item ready for collection by your chosen courier service. Please forward any postage labels or details required to go on the parcel along with the date it is to be collected.

Privacy – Your personal data shall be handled by us, both manually and through data processing systems, with the purpose of a) meeting your requests no consent required and pursuing activities in the fields of b)
marketing, promotional activities and forwarding of information material relating to services and products offered by our organisation consent required. Data transmission is not compulsory, but needed in order to meet your requests.
Your data may be transmitted to other controlled or related companies. The data shall not be publicly disclosed. Lastly, we wish to remind you that, in order to exercise the rights provided for by article 7 of the Code concerning the

Dog Policy – The hotel accommodates dogs in designated bedrooms, details of our policy in relation to the accommodation of dogs and applicable charges are detailed below:

Pet & Guide/Assistance Dog Policy

1 – Owners/guests must advise the hotel in advance of making a reservation that they wish to bring a dog with the breed and weight of the pet being advised

2 – Room type and room number will be allocated by the hotel dependent on required occupancy, dogs may not be taken into other hotel bedrooms aside from that allocated by the hotel

3 – Dogs are accommodated up to a maximum size of 10kg only

4 – The charge applicable is £45.00 per dog per night stay with the exception of guide/assistance dogs

5 – Any stains or damages must be paid for according to the cost of replacement or repair

6 – Owners/guests are asked to control any noise made by the dog to ensure it does not disturb other guests

7 – The hotel reserves the right to review our accommodation commitment if operational issues occur

8 – Dog/s cannot be left alone in any room at any time and all dogs must be well trained

9 – Staff are not permitted to care for the dog – eg feeding or walking

10 – Dog/s must be kept on a leash when in public areas

11 – Dogs are not allowed in any food or beverage area, gym or the meeting/events facilities with the exception of guide/assistance dogs

12 – Guests are asked to pick up any deposits left by the dog immediately

13 – Working guide/hearing dogs are accepted with no charge
